"I couldn't
believe my eyes!"
 |
From
the season 2 episode titled: "When
Things Go Wrong" |
Earlier this month Kirk hosted 2 hours of must
see TV on the Trinity Broadcast Network. We
received a flood of emails with comments like
“Unbelievable!” “I never thought
I’d see that on TBN!” and “How
did you pull that off?!” Candace Cameron
(Kirk’s sister from Full House) shared
her testimony, and Natalie Grant and Kory Welsh
sang. When asked what it was like to interview
John MacArthur, Kirk said, “It felt like
Babe Ruth was up to bat and I was simply tossing
him softballs. He knocked every one out of the
park!” Ray Comfort spoke of his popular
new book “What Hollywood Believes”
(as recently featured on Fox News) and Steven
Curtis Chapman finished off the night (after
arriving in the nick of time by helicopter from
the Jay Leno show) to sing three not yet released
songs inspired by John Piper’s book “Don’t
Waste Your Life”. Kirk gave a very clear
gospel presentation for the viewing “backsliders”
and unbelievers and previewed some footage from
the upcoming season of The Way of the Master
television series.
We are considering having this DVD produced,
and we’d like to know how many people
would be interested in a copy. If you would

or to show friends who missed it, then send
us an email to let us know. The number of emails
we receive will help us decide if we need to

it. This camp has changed the lives
of the Christians who've attended...
they've gone back home challenged and
equipped in ways they never guessed
possible. If you want to completely
rejuvenate your life in Christ... then
make every effort to attend
this camp. Just listen to what some
of the boot campers are saying about
their experience...
|
Many
boot campers (including Marv P.,
pictured above), open air preached
for the very first time on this
trip. |
"Its about meeting
lifelong friends, seeing God work miracles,
and overcoming fears and reaching the
lost. I am not the same and never want
to be again. It should be basic training
for all Christians!"
Marv P., Owosso, Michigan
"If you want to be
able to share your faith effectively,
and to pierce through any fear you may
have approaching people, this is definitely
the push you need toward fishing for men!
You will be challenged, encouraged, and
equipped to reach the lost in a way unlike
any I've ever seen. These folks truly
walk in the footsteps of Jesus!"
Carrie C., Denver, Colorado

Opening
Those "Firmly" Closed Doors...
--Ray Comfort
Recently I was flying from Seattle
to Los Angeles when I struck up a conversation
with a woman who was sitting next to me.
After some time I asked if she had seen
The Passion of the Christ. She hadn't. When
I asked if she had a Christian background,
she answered, "Lutheran...you're not
going to talk to me about Christianity,
are you?" I said that I would like
to. She firmly said that she didn't want
that conversation. It was a firmly closed
door.
Two hours later, as we came
in to land I got a copy of What
Hollywood Believes out of my bag,
and said, "I presume you don't want
a copy of my book." She read the title,
and said, "I would love
a copy!" That incident, once again,
confirmed to me the power of celebrity with
this world.
This book has been specifically
designed for the unsaved.
Here are
some reviews:
“I love this book!
It's fascinating . . . perfect to give a
friend.”
- Janet Parshall (Janet Parshall's America)
“It will keep you spellbound . . .”
- Carol Henry (WKTO, Daytona Beach, FL)
“I couldn't put it down! This is one
of the best books I have ever read!”
- Brittany Jones |

Incredible Results
in Brazil ::..
This one sent
in by Ky F., Bossier
City, LA.
I recently returned
from Brazil where
I shared the gospel
with many, many
people. I started
with creation,
telling them that
God created them
and everything
they see. Then,
I told them that
man rebelled against
God. Then, I told
them God gave
His Law to show
us that we have
sinned against
Him. Then, I would
go through the
Law one by one.
Almost in every
home I preached
in, the crowd
was somewhat unconcerned
until I went through
the Law. It was
so incredible.
The guys that
were with me listening
noticed the same
thing. They had
never heard of
[the
Way of the Master
teaching],
but they noticed
the "deer
in the headlight"
look on the people's
faces when I brought
out the Law. They
knew why I shared
the Ten Commandments
before I could
even explain to
them why I was
going through
them. I didn't
even have to explain
to my partners
why I did that.
They knew, simply
because of the
reaction of the
people when I
got to that point
in the message.
What a testimony
to the conviction
of the Holy Spirit
THROUGH the Law.
Anyway,
only two people
(out of about
50-70) rejected
the gospel
for the week I
was there. The
first home I preached
in, one couple
broke down crying
when I went through
the Law. She was
a witch. She came
to Christ. Another
lady who was studying
at the Seventh
Day Adventist
church broke down
crying when I
continued to press
the question,
"How would
God let you, a
sinner, into Heaven
on the Day of
Judgment?"
She broke so strong
and yielded her
life to Christ.
It was incredible.
There were Jehovah's
Witnesses that
came to Christ
and they set-up
meetings with
their friends
within two days
because they wanted
their friends
to hear the gospel
presented to them.
